At Civil by Shubham Sir, we strive to provide high-quality educational services. Before purchasing any course, students are advised to review the course details carefully. Once a course has been purchased and access has been granted, the payment is generally non-refundable.

Refund requests, if applicable, will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of Civil by Shubham Sir. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, lack of usage, or failure to complete the course. In cases where a duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error, the excess amount will be verified and refunded through the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
